Mason Quarter is an 800 lot community nestled in the heart of Wollert and surrounded by majestic remnant River Red Gums, lush parks, walking trails, and recreational spaces.
Plan E were engaged as Landscape Architects for the life of the Mason Quarter in 2019 by the Developer, Cedar Woods.
Mason Quarter is an 800 lot community nestled in the heart of Wollert and surrounded by majestic remnant River Red Gums, lush parks, walking trails and recreational spaces.
To date, Plan E has overseen the design, documentation and construction of an elegant Sales Office precinct and several stages of streetscapes and reserves. Working with a predominantly indigenous or native plant palette, the works have highlighted the existing River Red Gums and restored critical natural habitat to the area.
In addition to this Plan E has worked closely and collaboratively with both Council and Melbourne Water, to deliver a 1 Ha drainage reserve that was completed successfully in late 2024.
In partnership with Cedar Woods, Plan E will deliver a further 12 stages of streetscapes and reserves at Mason Quarter.
