True North is a master planned community within Greenvale. PLAN E has been engaged to deliver all reserve and streetscape works to multiple stages within Neighbourhood 3 and 4.
These works include the successful delivery of 8 streetscape stages, local park and the centrepiece of Neighbourhood 3, the unique and spectacular Mt Aitken Reserve which affords users 360-degree views and a clear line of sight to the Melbourne CBD.
The materiality of landscape elements has been carefully considered to ensure that it is sympathetic to the existing environment whilst providing robust durability and a contemporary yet lasting aesthetic.
The local park is designed as a multi-generational space that caters for a diversity of active play with the provision of a multi sports court, playground and cricket pitch with a custom laser cut cricket screen inspiring local cricketers, both young and old.
We acknowledge and respect Traditional Owners across Australia as the original custodians of our land and waters, their unique ability to care for country and deep spiritual connection to it. We honour Elders past, present and emerging whose knowledge and wisdom has and will ensure the continuation of cultures and traditional practices.
