PLAN E has played an integral role in the formation of new communities, ranging from large masterplanned communities with new town centres to small boutique housing estates and multi-residential developments. Central to all our work, PLAN E’s vision is about creating unique places inspired by the intrinsic natural landscape character and cultural heritage of the site, providing a relevant and meaningful foundation for community formation and development. We work closely with the developer and consultant team to ensure that the landscape treatment of the public realm, including entry statements, streetscape, interface treatments and public open spaces is integral to the branding and presentation of the development through a strong, simple and identifiable theme that has relevance to the place.
